De NVZ vereniging van ziekenhuizen behoudt zich het recht voor de bodemprocedure tegen minister Klink van VWS voort te zetten als hij alsnog besluit de maatstafconcurrentie in 2010 in te voeren. Dat blijkt uit een niet-openbare briefwisseling tussen de minister en de NVZ.
