Samenvatting

Vanaf 1 april 2007 kunnen belanghebbende instellingen bij de Governancecommissie terecht, als zij van mening zijn dat een instelling die is aangesloten bij de brancheorganisaties NVZ (ziekenhuizen), GGZ Nederland, ActiZ (verpleeg- en verzorgingshuizen) of de VGN (gehandicaptenzorg), de code van behoorlijk bestuur, ofwel de Zorgbrede Governancecode, niet correct naleeft.
