Het regionaal Tuchtcollege in Zwolle heeft een arts berispt na het overlijden van een 37-jarige vrouw die een tweeling had gebaard. De vrouw had eclampsie met daarbij een zich ontwikkelend HELLP-syndroom (Hemolysis Elevated Liverenzymes and Low Plates).
