Samenvatting
Over ongeveer vijf jaar vervalt de wettelijke vergunningplicht om te bouwen, en daarmee ook de primaire taak van het College bouw ziekenhuisvoorzieningen (Bouwcollege). Dit betekent dat er dan ook geen reden meer is het Bouw-college als zelfstandig bestuursorgaan (ZBO) te handhaven.
