Samenvatting

Patiënten met diabetes mellitus type 2 moeten meer bewegen, maar weten niet goed hoe. Wandelen met een hond vonden twintig geïnterviewde Schotse patiënten een goed inpasbaar idee. Een mooi voorbeeld van meedenken met de patiënt met een ‘beweegrecept’.
