Zorg voor de mantelzorgers van CVA-patiënten in de huisartsenpraktijk

Het grootste deel van de CVA-patiënten keert na behandeling in het ziekenhuis, revalidatiecentrum of verpleeghuis weer naar huis terug. Hoewel zij thuis een beroep op professionele hulp zouden kunnen doen, zijn het de naasten die het grootste deel van de zorg verlenen en dit vaak als een zware last ervaren.
