Hoe kan men de kwaliteit van het handelen van dokters tijdens consulten goed meten? Het lijkt simpel: kijk naar de diagnose en beoordeel of de vereiste ingrediënten uit anamnese, lichamelijk onderzoek en behandeling aanwezig zijn. Maar is deze methode betrouwbaar?
