De patiënt zit tegenover zijn huisarts. Hij begint met zijn verhaal. Na 18 seconden onderbreekt de huisarts hem voor het eerst. Een tijdspanne van niks natuurlijk. Toch staan dit luttele verhaal en de exegese ervan centraal in het consult.
