We bespraken al eerder (zie PsychoPraxis 2000 nr 4 p 201) een Canadees onderzoek naar de voorkeur voor het gebruik van de omschrijving ‘cliënt’ of ‘patiënt’ bij hulpverleners in de ambulante en residentiële ggz. Engelse onderzoekers gingen na hoe de hulpvragers hierover dachten.
