Fentanyl-pleisters zijn onderwerp van discussie vanwege problemen bij het instellen van de therapeutische dosis en vanwege het risico op misbruik van verwijderde pleisters. In Am J Health-Syst Pharm wordt voor deze problemen een oplossing voorgesteld.
