Samenvatting

Een huisarts dient een stervende patiënt medicatie toe in het kader van palliatieve zorgverlening. Vervolgens wordt hem voor deze casus moord, vervalsing van een medicatielijst en afgifte van een valse verklaring van natuurlijk overlijden ten laste gelegd.
