Samenvatting

In deze strafzaak gaat het om de uitleg van het bestanddeel (behulpzaam zijn) als bedoeld in artikel 294 Sr. Door de raadsman van de verdachte is aangevoerd dat behulpzaamheid alleen strafbaar is indien deze behulpzaamheid tijdens het plegen van een zelfmoord plaatsvindt. Het hof heeft onderzocht of uitlatingen van de Minister van Justitie of jurisprudentie aanknopingspunten bieden voor een dergelijke interpretatie.
