Samenvatting

Op 1 december 1997 zal het nieuwe tuchtrecht van de Wet BIG in werking treden. Daarin wordt bepaald dat het tuchtcollege de zaak in een openbare terechtzitting behandelt. In het tuchtrecht is dit nieuw.
