Microcomputer data processing in a TLD automated system for personnel dosimetry

Abstract

The paper describes the system of microcomputer controlled thermoluminescence personnel dosimetry monitoring at the Boris Kidrič Institute of Nuclear Sciences, Vinča. Results showed that an automated and computerized TLD system has a higher degree of accuracy and therefore has an advantage in comparison with the classical method of data processing.
