Riassunto

Gli AA. espongono la teoria semplificata del dosaggio radioimmunologico evidenziando le variabili più importanti, in special modo quelle controllabili dal punto di vista statistico (sensibilità, precisione, accuratezza). L’analisi matematica delle curve dose-risposta permette di trarre utili conclusioni riguardanti l’automazione delle procedure di calcolo ed il controllo della varianza nelrange utile di dosaggio. Infine gli AA. prendono in considerazione alcuni esempi di calcolo automatico della concentrazione relativa ai risultati del RIA.
