Conclusion

Three separate case of “Malignant Granuloma” have been presented with clinical pictures and Photomicrograph of the Biopsy materials.

The difficulty of diagnosing these cases in view of poor knowledge of definite etiogenesis and pathogenesis have been stressed. However the second case shows that if an early diagnosis is made chance of indefinitely prolonging the life with cortisone DXRT and chemothrapeatic agents appears to be promising.
