Conclusion

Ransohoff [21] discute l’intérêt socio-économique de la polypectomie, eu égard au risque. Il est clair que cette technique, pour 6tre efficace et ethique, doit être confiée à des endoscopistes prudents, expérimentés et bien équipés.
