An assessment of lumbar radiculography using meglumine iocarmate (Dimer-X)

Summary

Lumbar radiculography using water soluble contrast medium was performed on 155 patients presenting with clinical signs of a lumbar disc protrusion. The examinations were well tcierated and a high degree of accuracy of diagnesis achieved.
