Interface Solo 1400 — testeur de circuits intégrés GR 115

Ce texte présente la réalisation d’une interface entre un logiciel de conception de circuits précaractérisés (Solo 1400) et un testeur de circuits intégrés (GenradGR 115). Il explique les choix ayant gouvernés sa conception et en montre l’intérêt pédagogique avec le recul d’une année d’exploitation.

Abstract

This text present the achievement of an interface between a standard cells design software (Solo 1400) and an integrated circuits test system (Genrad GR 115). Choices leading to the final design are explained and the teaching interest is showed, judged after a one year operation.
