Orbital ‘blow-out’ fracture—Report of two cases

Abstract

Two cases of ‘Blow-out’ fracture of orbit successfully treated by combination of Caldwel Luc’s and orbital approach with use of autogenous bone graft (iliac crest) and alloplastic graft (silastic) are presented for its clinical interest along with review of relevant literature and techniques of management.
