Case Report

A case of haemangioma of the parotid gland in a one-yearold child is described. The tumour had the characteristic soft fluctuant feel within the parotid gland, which was compressible. The tumour was removed by superficial parotidectomy with preservation of the facial nerve. The salient features of the condition are also discussed in the light of the available literature.
