Summary
A rich bryozoan material of the cyclostome, massive and multilamellarMulticrescis tuberosa (Roemer, 1839) from the Lower-Hauterive of Northwest-Germany offers a basis for a new investigation of this species. By biometrical methods we found a primary endogenous rhythm of zoarial growth that was secundary modified by exogenous factors. Thus it was possible to differ two growth-types.
