Conclusion

I beg your pardon, Sir, if I have been critical, but I wish to say with all the emphasis I command that the State cannot successfully sponsor any scheme unless it places faith in individuals and take them into confidence, refrain from reducing them to mere tools in a political workshop.

Permit me, Sir, to thank you once again and conclude by quoting the prophetic words of our Vice-President, Dr. Radhakrishnan:

“What we need is the awareness of the urgency of the task. The will and the courage to tackle it and a whole-hearted commitment of this ancient and yet new people to its successful performance.”

Thank you, Sir, thank you all.
