Resume

81 coelioscopies ont été effectuées en utilisant la kétamine, anesthésique ayant des propriétés pharmacologiques originales, particulièrement adaptées aux besoins du coelioscopiste pour que son acte se déroule dans les meilleures conditions de confort, de sécurité pour la malade et de facilité pour l'anesthésiste.

Deux larygospasmes sont survenus dans cette série réalisant les deux seuls inconvénients majeurs.

Summary

81 coelioscopies were performed with ketamine, anaesthetic which has original pharmacological qualities.

With ketamine, coelioscopy is realized in the best conditions of confort and severity for the patient, the coelioscopist and the anesthesist.
