Resumen

Para el diagnóstico de una ulceratión gástrica, el aspecto macroscópico de la lésión tiene una importancia fundamental; pero este diagnóstico debe venir siempre corroborado por la biopsia y la citología endoscopicas. La citología constituye un complemento de la biopsia. que en ocasiones puede aportar datos decisivos para el diagnostico.

Pour le diagnostic d’une ulcération gastrique, l’aspect macroscopique de la lésion a une importance capitale.

Cependant ce diagnostic doit toujours être confirmé par la biopsie et la cytologie.

Cette dernière est un complément de la biopsie qui dans certains cas peut apporter des éléments décisifs pour le diagnostic.

Summary

The macroscopic aspect of the lesion is very important to make the diagnosis of a gastric ulcer. However this diagnosis must always be confirmed by biopsy and cytology. The latter completes the biopsy which in some cases brings decisive elements for the diagnosis.
