Résumé
Les auteurs rapportent une observation inhabituelle de varices duodénales révélées par une hémorragie digestive survenue chez un homme jeune en dehors de toute hépatopathie évolutive.
L'endoscopie et les examens angio-cavographiques mettent en évidence une interruption complète de la vascularisation cave supérieure et inférieure avec création de voies de dérivations intrapéritonéales.
L'origine de ces anomalies veineuse est discutée: les auteurs suggèrent l'hypothèse d'une agénésie des deux veines caves s'inscrivant dans un contexte angio-dysplasique veineux et cutané jamais décrit.
Summary
We here report a case of duodenal varices revealed by digestive haemorrhage in a young man without any hepatic disorders. Endoscopy and cavography showed duodenal varices and intraperitoneal derivations responsible for a probable portal hypertension itself caused by complete interruption of both superior and inferior venae cavae. This congenital atresia seems to belong to an angiodysplasic syndrome never described before.
