Les auteurs rapportent une observation de cancer gastrique microcellulaire bifocal fundique associé à des localisations cérébrales et pulmonaires périphériques. Ils discutent sa nature primitive ou métastatique selon les données de la littérature.

Summary

The authors report a case of bifocal oat cell carcinoma of the fundus associated with brain and peripheral lung metastases. About this case and upon literature they comment its nature, secondary or primitive.
