Conclusion
Si l’hypothèse d’une transmission héréditaire des CCR est établie dans 10 % des cas (polypose familiale, Gardner, Lynch); elle reste un axe de recherche dans le CCRS sporadique où l’interrogatoire des malades à la recherche des cas familiaux est indispensable pour progresser dans la recherche d’une transmission qui pourra être établie sur le plan cytogénétique.
Dans l’état actuel des connaissances, la surveillance repose sur la coloscopie, dont le rythme est à moduler en fonction du niveau du risque.
Dans les prochaines années, la génétique moleculaire va jouer un role important dans le dépistage du risque familial du CCR.
