RÉsumÉ

Les auteurs rapportent un cas d’angiodysplasie étendue, localisée uniquement au rectum et au sigmoïde distal. Les aspects caractéristiques de cette malformation artério-veineuse sont présentés et discutés.

Summary

We report a patient with massive angiodysplasia affecting only the rectum and distal sigmoid. Relevant aspects of this arteriovenous malformation are discussed.

Los autores comunican el caso de una paciente con una angiodisplasia difusa que afectaba únicamente al recto y sigma distal. Le comentan los aspectos más destacados de esta malformatión arterio-venosa.
