Comparative trial of 2 proton-pump inhibitors (Lansoprazole and Pantoprazole) on 24 h pH gastric profile in healthy volunteers

  • Published:
Acta Endoscopica

Conclusion

Conclusion

Lansoprazole (30 mg) was significantly more potent than pantoprazole on 24 hours pH profile either on D1 and D7. Antisecretory effect of lansoprazole was maximum from the 1st intake whereas pantoprazole activity increased significantly from D1 to D7.
