Les lésions néoplasiques et pré-néoplasiques superficielles de l’œsophage: diagnostic et bilan

Conclusion

L’amélioration du pronostic du cancer épidermoïde de l’œsophage passe par un meilleur diagnostic des lésions néoplasiques superficielles chez les patients à risque. Une politique de dépistage chez ces patients en collaboration avec les spécialités qui sont au contact de la population cible est nécessaire.
