The pyruvate metabolism test and neuropathy in lung cancer

Summary

Abnormality of a pyruvate metabolism test was more frequent in a group of 79 lung cancer patients than in a control group. The incidence of abnormality in patients with evidence of remote effects of the cancer on the nervous system was no higher than in patients without such evidence.
