Brief report

Summary

The development of lung cancer in diffuse pulmonary fibrosis, including idiopathic interstitial fibrosis of the lung (IIFL) (Fraire and Greenberg, 1973) is well recognised. Rarely IIFL occurs in a familial form and we believe the following to be the first recorded example of lung cancers developing in affected siblings.
