Summary

  1. 1.

    Clinico-pathological findings in a boy of lymphosarcoma which posed a diagnostic problem are recorded.

  2. 2.

    The disseminated lesions observed in some of the viscera are the result of embolic spread and multicentric origin of the tumour process.
