Dynamical model of the Y 0 * (1405) resonance

Assuming that the observed Y 0 * (1405 MeV) resonance which decays predominantly into Σπ is ins 1/2,I=0 state, we have calculated its mass and width as well as the coupling constant\(g_{Y_0^ * {\mathcal{N}}\bar K} \) selfconsistently in a two-channel problem involving Σπ and\(\bar K{\mathcal{N}}\). We have used only baryon exchanges. The left-hand cut of the Σπ channel has been approximated by two effective-range poles. The calculated mass and width of the Y 0 * resonance are in fair agreement with the observed values.

These keywords were added by machine and not by the authors. This process is experimental and the keywords may be updated as the learning algorithm improves.


Supponendo che la risonanza osservata Y 0 * (1405 MeV), che decade principalmente in Σπ, sia nello statos 1/2 eI=0, si è calcolata in modo autocoerente la sua massa e la sua ampiezza ed anche la costante di accoppiamento\(g_{Y_0^ * {\mathcal{N}}\bar K} \) in un problema di due canali che coinvolge Σπ e\(\bar K{\mathcal{N}}\).
