Summary

The temporo-jugal region has a border which must be considered in an esthetic repair. Using a case example, a solution for reconstruction of the area is presented. Two flaps are used, one from the scalp based on a superficial temporal vascular pedicle, and one from the cheek based on a subcutaneous pedicle. Both rotate around the ear without distortion of neighboring structures. This procedure gave a satisfactory esthetic result.
