Abstract

Иммунологически компетентные клетки не дифференцируются в клетки, самопроизвольно продуцирующие антитела, но только после стимуляции антигенами. Эта дифференциация после контакта с антигеном осуществляется в течение хорошо определимой фазы, когда антитела в клетках могут быть обнаружены. В течение развития особи количество иммунологически компетентных клеток возрастает даже при отсутствии антигена.—Подробности будут опубликованы позднее.
