Aplicaciones

An orthogonalization process in the Linear Model. Applications

Summary

Using only geometrical methods we come to an orthogonalization process in the Linear Model which allows to reduce its study to simpler orthogonal models, giving a simple methodology for its analysis. This process is applied to the parametrized model, showing that it allows to treat, in a new and unified way, interesting situations which are usually studied separately: data centering, mean shift model, added varibles plots, etc.
