Demonstration of small amounts of haemolytic antibody using low concentrations of red cells in the reaction system

Abstract

Был разработан метод определения на основании гемолитической пробы минимальных количеств антител против эритроцитов. К различным концентрациям антител прибавляли эритроциты в понижающихся концентрациях (суспензии от 0,1% до 0,0001%), a после связывания антител—вносили всегда одно и то же количество (0,5 ед.) комплемента. 50%-ый гемолиэ определяли прямым микроскопическим подсчетом количества эритроцитов в камере Бюркера. С помощыо этой микроскопической техники можно при применении минимальных количеств эритроцитов определить около 10−6 μг N антител в 1 мл.
