Contamination withErwinia Carotovora andVerticillium Albo-Atrum during multiplication of pathogen-tested seed potato crops, cultivar Kennebec

Contamination withErwinia carotovora andVerticillium alboatrum (dark mycelial form) occurred rapidly in certain seasons and districts in cv. Kennebec seed potato crops which were derived from pathogen-tested stem cuttings and propagated with attention to practical procedures of crop hygiene. Only varietycarotovora ofE. carotovora was found.
