Abstract
Three cases of Allergic bronchopulmonary aspergillosis are reported in the Pediatric age group. All patients had pulmonary infiltrates documented by chest radiographs. Precipitating antibodies against Af. antigen was demonstrated in two patients. All three had Type I and Type III reaction to Af antigen. Central bronchiectasis was seen in two patients.
