Jonathan S. Raymond, Ph.D. is Associate Professor of Public Health at the University of Hawaii at Manoa and the Director of the Salvation Army's Pali-Booth Institute, Honolulu, Hawaii. He has a broad and varied background in behavioral health services administration, research and planning and is presently a consultant to the Hawaii State Department of Health, Mental Health Division. Dr. Raymond is also the AMHA Vice-Governor for Hawaii.
