Post-encephalitic retro-bulbar neuritis

Case Report


A case of post-encephalitic bilateral retrobulbar neuritis in a child has been reported. Antibiotics, cortisone, nicotinic acid, vitamin B1 and B12 therapy proved ineffective in the treatment, of retro-bulbar neuritis.
