Scheme independence of the two-loop β-function with electromagnetic corrections

Summary

It is well known that the two-loop QCD β-function is the same in each of the renormalization schemes dimensional regularization (NDR), dimensional reduction (DR) and the 't Hooft Veldman scheme. We confirm that this is also true when electromagnetic corrections are included in the β-function.
