Summary

The nucleon intensity in the atmosphere is calculated with a In2(E) energy dependence of the inelastic nucleon-air cross-section and an arbitrary elasticity distribution. A good agreement with the measured nucleon intensities at sea-level is obtained with an average elasticity around 0.33.

Si calcola l'intensità di nucleoni nell'atmosfera con una dipendenza dell'energia In2(E) della sezione d'urto anelastica nucleone-aria e una distribuzione arbitraria della elasticità. Si ottiene un buon accordo con le intensità misurate dei nucleoni a livello del mare con elasticità media di circa 0.33.

Вычисляется интеисивность нуклонов в атмосфере с энергетической зависимостью In3 (E) для упругого поперечного сечения взаимодействия нуклонов с воздухом и произвольным распределением упругости. Получается хорошее согласие с измеренными интенсивностями нуклонов на уровне моря со средней величиной упругости около 0.33.
