Decay rate of the neutral pion

The method of Gell-Mann and collaborators to obtain the Goldberger-Treiman formula for the charged pion decay is extended to obtain the rate of neutral pion decay from a study of the Compton scattering of protons.


Il metodo di Gell-Mann e collaboratori per ottenere la formula di Goldberger-Treiman per il decadimento dell’iperone carico, è estesa in modo da ottenere il rapporto di decadimento dei pioni neutri dallo studio dello scattering Compton dei protoni.
