Evaluation of the obstetrical risks of the antiphospholipid syndrome and therapeutic management

Conclusion

APLS in obstetrics represents a striking model for materno-fetal pathology, and its treatment is essentially preventive. It is necessary to start it very early in the pregnancy and to prolong it a long time during the postpartum period. In association with attentive clinical, echographic (32), and biological followup of the pregnancy, the different combinations of these three drugs lead to very good results in pregnancy outcome without any other adjuvant therapy.
