Summary

Three-body reactions X(a, b)Y(c)X in the sequential-decay assumption with the further hypothesis of a pure c transfer mechanism for the reaction X(a, b)Y are considered. In some interesting cases of the class of reactions in which the spin-zero c-nucleon group is transferred in its ground state, with a pure c-particle configuration, and in which some simple assumptions on excited levels of interest of the nucleus Y are given, the DWBA transition amplitude may be expressed in terms of the same c spectroscopic factor, for the decay Y→c+X, appearing in the theoretical form of the angular correlation between the b-particles from the X(a,b)Y reaction and the c-particles from the decay of excited states of the nucleus Y. Some applications of the formalism to α transfer reactions and to α break-up of excited states of the nucleus Y are given.

Рассматриваются трехчастичные реакции X(a, b) Y(c)X в предположении последующего распада с дополнительной гипотезой чистого механизма с-передачи для реакции X(a, b)Y.
