Abstract
The variation of magnetization of a melt-textured YBCO sample has been studied by specific measuring processes, which were modified from the field-cooled (FC) and remanent (REM) measurements. By analyzing the difference of magnetization after varying the applied fieldH and temperatureT, the variable defined as ¦δ2M(H1→H2, T1→ T2 ¦ = ¦MH2 T2-2M H1, T2 + MH1. T1)¦ is almost invariant as the exchange of H1 and H2, as well as T1 and T2. This phenomenon holds at least in the range of 10≤H1, H2<-30 kOe, and 5≤T≤85 K.
