Reconstruction of the parameters of a soft X-radiation spectrum from signals of vacuum X-ray diodes

A multichannel measuring complex based on vacuum X-ray diodes with various filters and a signal processing technique enabling to obtain a radiation power with a nanosecond time resolution in several spectral ranges from 0.1 to 4 keV, power in the full spectral range, and average quantum energy are described. This technique was applied on the Ahгapa-5-1 setup in experiments on implosion of cascade liners and with az-pinch.
